Position - AWS Engineer

Location - Austin TX or SF Bay Area

Duration - 12 months

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled AWS Engineer to design implement and manage scalable secure and cost-effective cloud infrastructure on AWS. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with cloud architecture automation and operational best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design deploy and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure and services.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as CloudFormation or Terraform.
Monitor system performance availability and security.
Optimize cloud resources for cost scalability and reliability.
Support CI/CD pipelines and automation initiatives.
Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g. EC2 S3 RDS VPC IAM Lambda).
Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools.
Knowledge of networking security and cloud best practices.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
AWS certifications are a plus.
