Key responsibilities include:
Managing the full admissions process from initial enquiry through to enrolment
Acting as the main point of contact for prospective parents offering guidance support and high-quality communication
Scheduling tours interviews assessments and open events
Handling applications documentation and data entry using the schools MIS
Preparing admissions reports tracking conversion rates and monitoring pupil numbers
Collaborating with marketing teams on prospectus materials newsletters and outreach events
Coordinating entrance exams scholarship assessments and transition processes
Maintaining excellent relationships with parents pupils and external partners
Ensuring compliance with safeguarding GDPR and independent school standards
Contributing to strategic discussions on admissions trends retention and recruitment

Experience in school admissions or high-level customer service role
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
Experience with school MIS systems and CRM databases
