About the Role
The Finance Assistant will provide vital administrative and financial support across the department. Key responsibilities include:
Processing invoices purchase orders and expense claims accurately and promptly.
Maintaining and updating financial records and databases.
Assisting with bank reconciliations and other routine finance tasks.
Responding to finance-related enquiries from staff suppliers and other stakeholders.
Supporting the Finance Manager in monitoring budgets preparing reports and ensuring compliance with financial procedures and controls.
Contributing to the smooth running of the department through effective organisation and attention to detail.
