Requirement: Professional accounting qualification (ACCA CIMA or CIPFA) is highly desirable.
Detailed Responsibilities
Audit & Transparency: Coordinating the annual external audit and ensuring all financial transactions are transparent and documented.
Contract Negotiation: Reviewing and renewing service level agreements (SLAs) for cleaning catering and security.
Grant Management: Identifying opportunities for external funding and managing the application process for government and private grants.
IT Strategy: Working with the IT Manager to ensure the schools technology infrastructure is robust and cost-effective.
