Join Axpo Services AG and contribute to shaping the future of sustainable energy! As part of the Culture Leadership & Learning team youll play a key role in driving initiatives that position Axpo as the preferred employer in the energy sector.

What you will do:

• Support organizational development initiatives to enhance culture leadership capabilities and organizational effectiveness across Axpo.

• Conduct data-driven culture analysis by evaluating employee engagement data survey results and organizational metrics to inform strategies.

• Coordinate the Great Place to Work 2026 program across multiple business areas ensuring alignment and successful delivery.

• Collaborate with experienced professionals to identify opportunities for improvement and develop actionable recommendations.

What you bring & who you are:

• Bachelors degree (minimum 4 semesters completed) or currently pursuing a masters in business administration organizational development data science psychology or related fields.

• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).

• Genuine interest in culture transformation leadership development and the energy sector.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure.

• Reliable proactive and comfortable taking ownership.

• Ideally prior experience in project management data analysis or communications.
