Tech Wizardry: Solve puzzles involving broadband mobile networks TV apps and those pesky remote controls.
Communication King/Queen: Engage with customers via calls and chatno dusty emails here!
The First Time Right Expert: Use high-tech tools like Dare to find the perfect solution on the first try.
Bridge Builder: Coordinate with on-site technicians or escalate complex cases to the second-line pros.
Opportunity Spotter: Turn a tech chat into a win-win by introducing customers to cool new products!

Requirements

Language Power: Native-level Dutch or Flemish (C2) solid English (B2).
Vibe Check: A friendly helpful phone manner that keeps customer satisfaction (CSAT) soaring!
Communication Skills: You listen actively summarize clearly and speak with confidence.
Tech Interest: No engineering degree needed but a passion for the telecom world is a huge plus!
