Job Title: Channel Manager (Digital Power Business Group)

Job Location: Bulgaria Sofia

Main Responsibilities:

Develop Photovoltaic business partners in Bulgaria enhance local partner ecosystem; ensure the achievement of partner target;

Engage regularly with channel partners acquire their requirements and demands and provide support;

Provide support on channel partners training/branding activities;

Execute channel policy and programs for channel partners;

Collect market information on a regular basis to support the go-to-market strategy and channel policies improvement.

Development and implementation of partner capability improvement plans;

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or higher in electrical engineering (or equivalent) would be preferred;

Deep Knowledge in PV solution such as panel inverter and grid network etc. Additional knowledge of Greece market is a bonus;

Sales experience in PV/ Energy field; Channel sales experiences or channel sales team management experiences would be preferred;

Excellent communication skills and good technical knowledge coupled with a dynamic approach to sales;

Success-oriented motivation for market development;

Minimum 3 years working experience in energy industry thereof at least 1 years channel sales in industrial leading companies;

Excellent command of the English language written and spoken Good communication and presentation skills
