Job Summary
Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide in-home physical therapy visits across Alameda County. This is a W-2 per diem role ideal for PTAs looking for schedule flexibility autonomy and meaningful patient relationships. Youll treat patients in their homes collaborate closely with a supervising Physical Therapist and be supported by a local clinical team. What Youll Do
- Provide in-home physical therapy treatments under PT supervision
- Help patients improve mobility strength balance and functional independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safe movement
- Complete visit documentation in a timely manner
- Communicate changes in patient condition to the supervising PT
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Active California PTA license
- CPR/BLS certification
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally around Alameda County
- Home health experience
- Experience with the Kinnser/Wellsky EMR preferred (not required)

- $100 after completion of your first patient visit
- $200 after 90 days of active employment contingent on meeting role expectations and performance standards
