Overview
Overview:
WerfenSan Diego Internship Program is a full-time paid assignment that takes place over the course of the summer. Internships are open to undergraduate students who are currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university.Internship assignments may be shortened or extended based on the company and/or the students needs.The Internship programisdesigned to allow students to learn throughdirectexperienceprovidingan opportunity to blend textbook knowledge with practical experience.
Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities:
- Support Marketing Product Managers in the development of marketing and product strategies related to next-generation whole blood hemostasis analyzers including product concept definition voice of the customer product requirements and product launch
- Assistin the development of key marketing and product messages tactical plans technical bulletins and commercial tools
- Manage and drive internal projects with minimal supervision
- Work independently and able tointerface withall levels of management strategizing and problem-solving
Qualifications
Minimum Knowledge & Experiencefor the position:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelors or graduate degree program with a minimum GPA of 3.2.
- Ability tomanagemultiple priorities projects and assignments simultaneously.
- Strong analytical andpeople skills.
- Strongproficiencyusing Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint). Ensure andmaintaincompliance with the Companys quality system requirements through training and adherence to policies procedures andprocesses.
- Display strong technical aptitude and learn emerging technologies including AI-based tools.

The hourly range for this role is $22/hr to $30/hr. Individual compensation will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience and grade level completed.
