About the Role:

As a Conference & Banqueting Supervisor at Cairn Group youll play a key role in delivering seamless standout events that leave lasting impressions.

Whether youre welcoming guests overseeing a section of service or supporting your team behind the scenes youll take pride in ensuring every moment flows smoothly. Youll support the C&B leadership team by guiding colleagues helping to train new starters and delivering operational excellence from set-up to final clear down.

With a hands-on approach and attention to detail youll ensure events are delivered to a consistently high standard while adapting to different styles and guest preferences. No matter the occasion youll help create experiences that guests rememberand want to repeat.
