Job Summary

Position - Contract - Remote (Cayce South Carolina) - State Government Project
Required Skills

3 years of hands-on experience supporting SAP ECC (SCEIS) HR modules including configuration testing and troubleshooting to streamline workflows improve automation and reduce manual processes.
3 years experience with State HR/Payroll processes ensuring compliance with HIPAA FLSA and related regulatory standards.
3 Years of Experience in data validation integrity monitoring and issue resolution across HR systems
3 years of experience in advanced reporting and dashboard development using SAP tools Excel and Power BI
3 years experience using Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio) and collaboration tools including SharePoint OneDrive and Teams.
3 Years of Experience with role-based access control (RBAC) and position-driven system access configuration
3 years experience managing RBAC and position-based system access configurations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiar with IT security standards and compliance frameworks including NIST 800-53 FISMA and South Carolina InfoSec policies.
Experience with IT Implementation Projects

Specific Skills:

HR/Payroll compliance (HIPAA FLSA)
Data quality management & reporting
Power BI Excel dashboards
