Location: Hyannis MA
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
Schedule: 36 hours per week (every other weekend & rotating holidays required)
Travel Compensation: $2423.50 per week

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is hiring an experienced Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel assignment on the night shift. The RN will deliver safe patient-centered care in an acute care pediatric setting while collaborating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients
Conduct and document physical emotional and social assessments
Develop implement and evaluate individualized care plans
Administer medications and monitor for effectiveness and adverse reactions
Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Act as Charge Nurse when assigned

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
Active and unrestricted Massachusetts RN license
Current BLS certification
Pediatric certification preferred
Recent pediatric acute care experience within the last 2 years strongly preferred
Strong communication critical thinking and computer skills
