Job Summary
We are looking for skilled Personal Care Workers to join our team atClarence Estate in Albany. We have a variety of shifts available for part time or casual staff.
About the role
Reporting to the Executive Manager you will work closely with our residents to improve their quality of life by assisting with day-to-day activities. You will possess highly developed communication assessment and problem-solving skills a demonstrated ability to work effectively in an inter-disciplinary team and make meaningful connections with our residents and their families.
What youll bring
Before you can be considered for this role well need make sure you possess the following:
- Cert III in Individual Support (or similar)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- evidence of Influenza vaccination and
- full working rights in Australia.
