About the Role
The Financial Markets Talent Program is a structured two-month rotational program designed to develop future talent in Treasury and Over-the-Counter (OTC).This program will admit four high-potential candidates who will gain hands-on exposure across key financial domains including Money Markets Foreign Exchange Risk Management Derivatives Stablecoins and the Sales & Trading will work closely with experienced professionals gain practical insights into real business operations and build a strong foundation in treasury and market-related activities.
What You Will Do
As a participant in the Strategic Investment in Talent Program you will:
- Participate in a structured two-month rotational training program across multiple treasury and trading-related functions.
- Gain hands-on exposure to Money Markets Foreign Exchange Risk Management Derivatives Stablecoins and Sales & Trading operations.
- Support day-to-day activities and projects within the OTC and Treasury teams.
- Learn and apply financial concepts products and market practices in a real business environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and learn from subject-matter experts.
- Demonstrate curiosity adaptability and ownership throughout each rotation.
Participants who successfully graduate from the course will be awarded a Certificate of Completion and may be considered for a permanent role in the organization.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelors degree
- Strong interest in financial markets treasury trading or digital assets (e.g. stablecoins)
- Good communication skills in English both written and verbal
- Highly motivated eager to learn and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
