- Manage and develop your assigned territory to uncover and pursue new business opportunities.
- Prospect and engage potential customers through cold calling email and other outreach methods to build a strong qualified pipeline.

- Schedule appointments and meetings efficiently to keep opportunities moving through the sales funnel.
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate real-time information so the sales team has full visibility into prospects and activity.
- Collaborate with sales representatives by passing along well-qualified leads for conversion.
- Nurture new leads through consistent follow-up across multiple channels to build relationships and drive engagement.
- Track and report on key performance metrics (daily monthly and quarterly) to monitor progress and support sales goals.
- Support revenue growth initiatives by continuously identifying and pursuing new opportunities within your market.
Education
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelors degree preferred
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related customer-facing role
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding performance goals
Skills & Abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal relationship-building and customer service skills
- Effective time management with the ability to prioritize and stay organized
- Solid understanding of the sales process and experience using CRM or client database systems
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Creative solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn quickly
