About the Role:
We are seeking 2 Senior Systems Testing / QA Specialists to join the organization. This is a full-time onsite position responsible for planning executing and leading QA and testing activities for large-scale systems including Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) applications such as Case Management and Curam as well as Child Welfare solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement testing strategies test plans scripts and cases for functional non-functional integration and user acceptance testing.

Collaborate with BAs stakeholders project teams and IT leads to understand requirements and define user stories.
-
Execute test cases manually and via automated tools documenting defects and tracking resolutions in Azure DevOps.
-
Analyze defects perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues to maintain high product quality.
-
Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide clear progress reporting.
-
Coach and mentor junior QA team members to support automation and best practices.
-
Ensure compliance with Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) standards.
Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in QA and testing including functional integration performance and load testing.

Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies ITIL change/release management processes and relational databases with SQL or similar query languages.
-
Hands-on experience with COTS applications Case Management and Curam.
-
Familiarity with Azure DevOps tools for test execution and defect management.
-
Experience in test planning test strategy creation and documenting results.
-
Strong analytical problem-solving communication and organizational skills.
-
Ability to work in a collaborative Agile environment.
Desirable Skills:

Experience coding automated test scripts and working with front-end web-based and data-mining/reporting COTS tools.

Knowledge of programming languages and object-oriented testing methods.
-
Experience in child welfare systems testing.
