A well-established and growing manufacturer is seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner to serve as the strategic and operational HR lead for their facility. This role offers a seat at the leadership table and the opportunity to shape the employee experience from recruiting to retention and everything in between.

Salary: $85000 - $100000 per year (based on experience)

Theyre looking for a skilled and passionate Human Resources Business Partner to lead all aspects of HR strategy and operations while fostering a positive compliant and high-performing workplace.

What Youll Own

This role blends strategy with execution. Youll be the trusted HR advisor for site leadership while keeping day-to-day HR operations running smoothly.

In this role you will:

  • Partner closely with plant leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals

  • Guide managers through employee relations coaching and performance matters

  • Drive engagement retention and culture-building initiatives

  • Oversee benefits administration and workers compensation processes

  • Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment regulations

  • Maintain accurate HR records reporting and documentation

  • Review compensation data support job evaluations and recommend adjustments

  • Anticipate hiring needs and support recruiting strategy

  • Manage and monitor the HR department budget

  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employees leaders and external partners

What Makes You a Strong Fit

Youre equal parts relationship-builder problem-solver and strategic thinker. Youre comfortable rolling up your sleeves in a manufacturing environment and confident advising leaders.

Were looking for:

  • 5 years of progressive HR experience ideally within manufacturing or industrial settings

  • Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices

  • Experience with HRIS systems (ADP is a plus) and Microsoft Office

  • Strong communication leadership and coaching skills

  • Highly organized with a proactive solutions-oriented mindset
