A well-established and growing manufacturer is seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner to serve as the strategic and operational HR lead for their facility. This role offers a seat at the leadership table and the opportunity to shape the employee experience from recruiting to retention and everything in between.
Salary: $85000 - $100000 per year (based on experience)

In this role you will:
Partner closely with plant leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals
Guide managers through employee relations coaching and performance matters
Drive engagement retention and culture-building initiatives
Oversee benefits administration and workers compensation processes
Ensure compliance with federal state and local employment regulations
Maintain accurate HR records reporting and documentation
Review compensation data support job evaluations and recommend adjustments
Anticipate hiring needs and support recruiting strategy
Manage and monitor the HR department budget
Serve as the primary HR contact for employees leaders and external partners
Youre equal parts relationship-builder problem-solver and strategic thinker. Youre comfortable rolling up your sleeves in a manufacturing environment and confident advising leaders.
Were looking for:
5 years of progressive HR experience ideally within manufacturing or industrial settings
Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices
Experience with HRIS systems (ADP is a plus) and Microsoft Office
Strong communication leadership and coaching skills
Highly organized with a proactive solutions-oriented mindset
