- Lead and manage a team of engineers to design and develop advanced hardware solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in hardware design and development
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance hardware engineering processes and efficiency
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science technology engineering mathematics
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware design and development
- Strong knowledge of hardware design principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools
- Experience with hardware testing and validation
