About the Role
Goodwill of Greater Grand Rapids is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Intern who is currently pursuing an IT-related degree and is eager to gain hands-on technical experience in a professional environment.
This is an onsite position in our Grandville office.
What Youll Do
Assist with PC setup configuration troubleshooting and basic hardware repairs.
Provide support for basic network connectivity issues.
Assist with the installation setup and troubleshooting of printers and other computer peripherals.
Support inventory management and asset tracking processes.
Provide general support to IT staff on projects and daily operational tasks.
Competencies
Basic PC hardware and Windows OS knowledge.
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
Ability to work independently and learn quickly.
