As a key member of the Home Services executive leadership team the SVP of Client Strategy & Transformation will be responsible for shaping and driving the strategic vision for client success revenue growth and business transformation across our portfolio. This role is charged with deepening strategic partnerships leading transformative initiatives for our clients and scaling solutions that enhance customer acquisition retention and long-term value creation.
This executive will serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and internal cross-functional leaders ensuring alignment between business outcomes innovation priorities and operational execution. This individual will lead a high-performing multi-disciplinary team across strategy consulting and deliverysetting the tone for excellence accountability and client impact at scale.
This role is hybrid and based in our South Charlotte headquarters four days per week with remote flexibility on Fridays. There is some level of client travel required.
