Job Summary
Job Description
Responsabilities:
- Actuar como autoridad técnica (Subject Matter Expert) en sistemas del vehículo diagnósticos avanzados motores de combustión (ICE) propulsión y sistemas eléctricos.
- Resolver problemas técnicos complejos que los distribuidores no pueden diagnosticar por sí mismos.
2. Capacitación y desarrollo de distribuidores
Desarrollar e impartir capacitación técnica necesaria para distribuidores (diagnóstico procesos de reparación).
Acompañar y coachear a Gerentes de Postventa y Distritos de Postventa en mejores prácticas de servicio.
3. Soporte en campo y visitas a distribuidores
Realizar visitas a distribuidores para:
Verificar procesos
Apoyar diagnósticos complejos
Revisión de casos críticos y soporte a clientes.
4. Análisis de datos y mejora continua
Utilizar datos de campo para analizar patrones de fallas identificar oportunidades de mejora y coordinar acciones correctivas.
Trabajar con equipos multifuncionales (Ingeniería Calidad Postventa Partes).
5. Representación de GM ante distribuidores y clientes
- Asegurar que el distribuidor entregue una experiencia de cliente de clase mundial alineada con la visión de GM México.
- Mantener relaciones profesionales y brindar comunicación clara técnica y orientada al cliente.
6. Cumplimiento de valores cultura y estándares GM
- Ser ejemplo de los valores corporativos y comportamientos culturales de GM (integridad seguridad inclusión enfoque en el cliente).
- Coaches dealers Managers of Aftersales and District Managers of Aftersales in the area of Warranty administration.
- Holds themselves and others accountable for demonstrating GMs values and cultural behaviors.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
Education: industrial mechanical mechatronics electronics electrical Engineering or similar
Experience: Advanced diagnostics in vehicle systems ICE propulsion or electrical systems minimum 2 years customer focus interaction with distributors problem-solving experience data analytics cross-functional
Softwares: Office PBI
English advanced
