Job Summary

Role: Oracle Testing with Customer Care and Billing
Location: San Francisco CA

Role Descriptions: CCB Experience Must have experience with Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CCB) and testing for CCB projects. Must have experience with Strategy ExecutionDevelop and implement test strategies test plans and test cases comprehensive functional integration regression performance and UAT APIs services and map layers through manual and automated test cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure consistent application closely with developers business analysts and teams to align testing activities with project Management Quality AssuranceIdentify document and track defects using JIRA HP ALM or similar root cause analysis and defect triaging ensuring timely compliance with QA best practices testing standards and utility industry test progress reports and key metrics to Team ManagementLead and mentor a testing team ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge with internal teams third-party vendors and offshore units to execute test cycles in client discussions requirement analysis and testing sign-offs to ensure business expectations are met.
Essential Skills: We are seeking a EDI Test Lead to manage end-to-end testing activities for applications ensuring high-quality deliverables compliance with industry standards and smooth execution of test cycles. The ideal candidate should have strong Utility Operations domain expertise experience in test planning and execution defect management and stakeholder coordination. Additionally exposure to test automation including Tosca is ExperienceMust have experience with Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CCB) and testing for CCB projects. Must have experience with EDI.
