We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join the culinary team of a prestigious luxury resort in County Kildare. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated chef who thrives in a high-volume high-quality kitchen environment and is committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Working alongside a talented brigade of chefs the successful candidate will be responsible for running a designated section of the kitchen maintaining the highest standards of food quality presentation hygiene and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Take full responsibility for the smooth operation of your assigned section.
Prepare cook and present dishes to the highest standards in line with brand expectations.
Ensure consistency quality and presentation across all dishes.
Maintain strict adherence to HACCP food safety and hygiene regulations.
Assist with menu development and daily specials in collaboration with senior chefs.
Supervise and support junior kitchen team members providing guidance and training.
Maintain high standards of kitchen organisation cleanliness and stock control.
Minimise food waste and support cost control initiatives.
Work collaboratively within a large kitchen brigade in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
Experience in high-end hotels resorts fine dining restaurants or luxury hospitality environments.
Strong technical cooking skills with excellent attention to detail.
A passion for fresh high-quality ingredients and modern cooking techniques.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Full knowledge of HACCP and food safety procedures.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
