Job Summary

Temp to Hire

Perform MIG TIG and Stick welding on carbon steel stainless steel and other alloys as required

Read and interpret blueprints welding symbols and fabrication drawings

Set up operate and maintain welding equipment torches grinders and cutting tools

Fit align and assemble metal components according to project specifications

Inspect welds for quality accuracy and compliance with AWS or company standards

Follow all safety procedures including PPE use hot-work protocols and hazard reporting

Work with supervisors and team members to meet production deadlines

Perform basic fabrication tasks such as cutting beveling drilling and measuring

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Assist with field installations or repairs when required
