About the role:

• Youll sit at the intersection of investment funds ETFs and financial services regulation advising on:
• Establishment and structuring of managed investment schemes ETFs REITs and private funds
• Fund formation across asset classes (equities private credit infrastructure real estate)
• Financial services regulation (AFSL DDO disclosure compliance frameworks)
• Investment management custody administration and distribution arrangements
• Cross-border fund launches and offshore manager entry into Australia
• Regulatory strategy governance and ongoing advisory for asset managers/platforms

The ideal candidate:
