We are looking for a dynamic organized self-starter to join our Product Support and Logistics Division as an EHS Specialist in Corinth MS.

Job Summary:

As the EHS Specialist at the Corinth MS facility you will serve as an individual contributor on Environmental Health and/or Safety (EHS) projects and assignments that support and enhance facility performance and compliance

Additional Info:

  • Location: Corinth MS (United States)
  • This position requires working onsite five days a week.
  • Relocation Offered: None.

  • Travel: Up to 10% (Domestic)

What You Will Do:

  • Identify common safety/health/environmental hazards inherent in the organizations operations and establish guidelines for protection from those hazards.
  • Ensure EHS training is completed to comply with regulatory requirements or in support of facility division or enterprise objectives.
  • Audit safety/health/environmental programs for compliance with company standards government regulations and adequacy relative to local conditions.
  • Monitor periodic performance reports for trends and conditions and alerts line management to problems.

What You Have (Required Skills):

  • Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Policy Compliance: Knowledge of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies; ability to implement EHS policies to ensure that provided products and services are safe for people and the environment and in compliance with legal requirements and standards.
  • Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches tools techniques for recognizing anticipating and resolving organizational operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
  • Overcoming Resistance to Change: Understanding and insight into the futility of refusing to accept the inevitable and ability to overcome resistance and adapt to a complex and changing environment.
  • Interpersonal Relationships: Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
  • Collaborating: Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
  • Sustainability: Knowledge of sustainability strategy; ability to integrate sustainability into the overall business strategy of the organization to build a sustainable business model.

Summary Pay Range:

$97530.00 - $146290.00
