WHAT WILL YOU DO
This position will serve as a lead within GSUs Time and Absence team and will collaborate with departments to resolve Time and Absence issues.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Manage Time and Leave tickets
Analyze Time and Leave reports
Manage Time and Leave adjustments
Oversee system time and leave setup requests and resolve any related issues
Generate and distribute time and absence related reports.
Adjust work schedules as requested by Department
Provide assistance to the Assistant Director
Research and answer departmental questions
Manage leave audits and other various audits.
Assist with the Clearance form process
Provide backup support for Time and Leave Specialists
Partner with HR & Payroll to help resolve Time and Absence related issues
Collaborate with Departments to resolve Time and Absence issues
Configure time clock user setup and troubleshoot non-technical time clock issues
Provide time clock training and prepare related documentation
Assist with the delivery of Time and Absence training
Other duties as assigned.
