Position Summary:
- Be the connecter and facilitator of collective power and manage the planning execution & coordination of all the hotels events internal functions and social events
- Manage the departments event enquiries in an efficient and effective manner
- Lead the team to create detailed Banquet Event Orders that are tailored to client requirements
- Work closely with the sales team to maximise all potential business leads
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service enabling future bookings
- Support the hotels service and relationship strategy driving customer loyalty by inviting welcoming and connecting with our guests through each customer experience
- Ensure you and the team uphold all company policies and procedures and complete all required managerial tasks in a prompt & thorough manner.
- Be a confident and welcoming leader creating a community that empowers your team to grow and reach their potential
- Plan and execute team building activities for your team as together we are better.
- Liaise with stakeholders and clients as the main point of contact for events & functions
About You:
- Relevant experience in a similar managerial role
