Your mission
This role is a blend of deep analytical work crossfunctional collaboration and demand and forecast management. You are accountable for planning communicating influencing managing and prioritizing demand for all sales channels within the European cluster. With a dedicated mission to lead and optimize demand and forecast management for the E-commerce distribution channel at European level ensuring digital channel growth and operational excellence.
You are the architect of demand for multiple European countries
- You collect data challenge assumptions analyse trends and build a solid rolling 24-month demand plan for every SKU and dosage.
- You provide sales forecasts for future launches and monitor the month demand plan for every SKU and dosage.
- You work closely with sales and marketing to integrate historical trends market insights competitive activity and promotions into the forecast.
You are also the forecasting lead for E-commerce
- You lead the demand and forecast management for the E-commerce distribution channel across Europe using digital analytics online sales trends and platform-specific data.
- You collaborate with E-commerce sales marketing and digital teams to integrate real-time market intelligence and promotional activities into the demand plan.
- You monitor and optimize inventory levels for E-commerce ensuring product availability and fast responsiveness to online demand fluctuations.
You go further than planning and also manage performance
- You improve forecast by driving the monthly product demand forecast process using advanced analytics and statistical tools.
- You report on E-commerce channel performance and drive action plans to achieve the expected performance.
- You contribute to the improvement of key performance metrics for both forecast and inventory.
You run the demand review process like a pro
- You lead the Demand review meetings across Europe.
- You serve as key user and expert for forecasting tools and you train end users on these tools emphasizing best practices for E-commerce.
- You maintain and update supply chain data in relevant systems. When something shifts you are the first to spot it and the first to turn it into action.
- You align closely with demand planning teams across Europe by sharing best practices harmonising processes and supporting local initiatives.
Qualifications :
Who you are
You are not just a planner. You are someone who loves bringing structure to chaos and clarity to complexity.
You have:
- A bachelors degree in business or supply chain
- At least 5 years of experience in demand management within a multinational environment
- Strong analytical and BI skills (you enjoy diving deep into data)
- A very good knowledge of Dutch and are comfortable in English (B2 level)
- Strong communicative and organisational competencies
- Business acumen and a customer focus
- The habit of always looking for ways to improve processes tools or outcomes
