Were seeking an experienced Lead Gardener who wants ownership variety and the opportunity to help shape gardens over time.

What Youll Do

Lead fine gardening work: pruning planting bed care seasonal maintenance
Take ownership of assigned properties and support long-term garden planning
Apply organic and ecological land care practices
Guide and mentor gardeners and junior gardeners
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Share observations and ideas feedback from the field matters here
Assist with snow work and off season maintenance

Experience & Expectations

Professional gardening or horticulture experience strongly preferred
Comfortable working independently and making informed decisions
Physically able to work outdoors in all conditions
Strong communication skills
Drivers license required
