The Role & The Team
We are seeking two Program Managers to lead theEnabling TechnologyandOperational Technologysubportfolios within the Technology Service Delivery (TSD) portfolio.
Reporting toHead of Transformation Technology Service Delivery youwill oversee a blend of major programs and sustainment activities providing strategic leadershiphandsondelivery support and strong governance. Working closely with senior stakeholders you willprioritisework manage pipeline demands developcapabilityand ensure disciplined program execution.
The teamoperatesin a fastpacedmission criticalenvironment where collaboration and peoplecentredleadership are key. The work directly supports national aviation safety and critical infrastructure resilience.
Theprogramsyou will have carriage of include but are not limited to:
Enabling Technology
Lead multipleenablingnetworkandsoftwareprojects and oversee governance of technology for someone with strongsoftware focusedprogram discipline and a solid understanding of enterprise critical technology infrastructure.
Operational Technology
Lead projects acrossregulated aviationand aerodromesystems. Experience in highly regulated operational technologyand systems engineeringwill be highly regarded.

The Person
You are a strategicpeople focusedProgram Manager who brings structuregovernanceand delivery discipline with the ability to gethands-onwhenrequired. You build trust quicklyand influenceeffectively across technical and nontechnical environments.
The successful applicant will have:
Demonstrated success leading large complex programs inmission criticalor regulated environments
Experience across software telecoms cyber criticalinfrastructureor operational technology
Strong people leadership with a focus on performance and collaboration
Proven governance riskplanningand benefits management capability
Ability to manage diverse portfolios and program pipelines
Experience influencing senior stakeholders in complexorganisations
