Job Description:

The Product Owner Integrations is responsible for leading and delivering integration initiatives across the Otrovato ecosystem. This role ensures seamless system communication accurate data flow and smooth user experiences across platforms.

The position manages the full lifecycle of integrations from gathering requirements and defining user stories to delivery testing and performance monitoring while working closely with engineering teams partners and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the product backlog for integrations: define prioritize and refine epics stories and tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering QA design business) to deliver features in agile sprints.
  • Translate high-level business requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and stakeholders in integration projects.
  • Track and report on integration KPIs delivery progress and quality.
  • Gather and document integration requirements from vendors partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Define API contracts data mappings and workflows.
  • Work with engineering to design system architecture flows (supplier catalogs orders payments logistics ERPs).
  • Ensure data accuracy synchronization and error handling across integrated systems.
  • Test and validate integrations during development and after deployment.
  • Identify risks dependencies and opportunities for optimizing integrations.
  • Maintain integration documentation and contribute to scaling a knowledge base for future integrations.

Qualifications:

  • 46 years of experience as a Product Owner Business Analyst or Product Manager in tech-driven products.
  • Experience in system integrations APIs or technical product ownership.
  • Strong understanding of data flows system architecture and API specifications.
  • Proven track record of working in agile/scrum environments.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria for integration features.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience in B2B commerce fintech or marketplace domains.
  • Working with ERP logistics or payment system integrations.
