As a Senior CPG Customer Replenishment Analyst you will operate as a strategic partner across Sales Supply Chain and CPG customers to safeguard service performance drive operational excellence and proactively manage inventory flow across a complex network. You will leverage deep analytical expertise customer acumen and crossfunctional leadership to influence demand planning inventory strategies and customer outcomes.
You bring seasoned judgment advanced technical capability and the ability to anticipate issues before they impact the business. You will own highstakes customer relationships lead executivefacing reporting and deliver recommendations that shape replenishment strategy for multimilliondollar accounts.

What Youll Do (A Day in the Life):
- Lead customerspecific order workbook routines aligning forecasts inventory targets promotional plans and service risks across internal and external partners.
- Assess customer inventory positions sales trends and order behaviors to anticipate supply risks and implement corrective actions before service disruption occurs.
- Translate complex data into clear actions partnering with Sales Demand Planning Production and Logistics to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Manage serviceimpacting issues (e.g. OTIF exposure capacity constraints delivery delays forecast gaps) with urgency and executiveready communication.
- Drive rootcause analysis and develop longterm mitigations to reduce outofstocks overstocks and customer chargebacks.
- Build and present reporting and insights for senior leaders internally and customer teams externally.
- Represent Peets as the internal subjectmatter expert on assigned customers replenishment models seasonal behaviors and business rhythms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key strategic customers to understand their replenishment needs and business cycles.
- Serve as the in house expert with a deep understanding of the customer promotional plans and run rates across segments understanding the customer business as much as the customer.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
What You Bring (Qualifications):
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business Analytics or a related field.
- 57 years of experience in CPG supply chain customer replenishment demand planning customer operations or a closely related discipline.
- Deep working knowledge of retail supply chain dynamics ordertocash workflows inventory management and customer compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer accounts with high SKU counts promotional volatility or tight delivery requirements.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems forecasting tools and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP optimization logic).
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret trends build data models and recommend evidencebased solutions.
- Excellent communication relationshipbuilding and presentation abilitiescomfortable engaging with senior leaders and customer partners.
- Proven ability to thrive in fastpaced highvisibility environments where priorities shift quickly.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with retailer-specific replenishment platforms (e.g. Retail Link Target POL).
- Familiarity with retailer compliance requirements such as OTIF case-fill rates and deduction management.
- Familiarity with ERP tools (Microsoft D365 preferred) Power BI Zendesk SPS Commerce and Smartsheet.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUP pivot tables and retail math.
- Tech savvy or willingness to learn.
