Join us as Beauty CRM Manager on an 11month fixedterm contract where youll shape how millions of customers experience one of the UKs most loved beauty brands. Sitting at the heart of our highperforming CRM team based in Nottingham youll lead datadriven omnichannel campaigns that bring our beauty strategy to life and drive meaningful customer and commercial impact.

What youll be doing

As Beauty CRM Manager youll play a key role in shaping how customers experience our beauty brands across Boots. Reporting to the Head of CRM and leading a team of seven Beauty and Brand CRM Specialists youll plan and deliver datadriven 1:1 campaigns across email app and direct channels that bring our beauty strategy to life. Youll use insight customer behaviour and commercial priorities to create relevant and effective communications that support both physical and digital journeys. This is a handson role for someone who enjoys turning data into action collaborating with others and delivering work that makes a real impact for customers and the business.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of seven inhouse Beauty and Brand CRM Specialists ensuring campaigns are delivered to a high standard and the team is supported to use their strengths.

  • Plan and deliver datadriven 1:1 CRM campaigns across email app and digital channels using insight customer behaviour and commercial priorities to drive relevance and performance.

  • Work closely with Brand Marketing Data Science Digital and Commercial teams to build integrated customer journeys that support both physical and digital experiences.

  • Manage daytoday campaign delivery and performance using testandlearn to optimise activity improve effectiveness and inform future plans.

What youll need to have (our must-haves)

  • Experience delivering CRM or lifecycle marketing campaigns in a fastpaced datarich environment.

  • Handson experience planning and executing 1:1 communications across email app or digital channels.

  • Confidence using data insight and commercial priorities to shape decisions and improve performance.

  • Experience managing or coaching others with the ability to support a team to deliver highquality work.

  • Strong stakeholder skills able to work collaboratively with marketing digital and commercial teams.

  • Clear communication skills and a practical organised approach to managing multiple campaigns and priorities at pace.

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience working with beauty brands or in a retail environment.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.

  • Understanding of segmentation personalisation or testandlearn frameworks.

  • Simplify complex information so teams can act on it quickly.

  • Comfortable leading through change and supporting teams during busy trading periods.
