We are looking for casual Library Officers youll play an important role in creating welcoming spaces where people connect discover and grow. From assisting customers with library resources and technology to supporting programs and events every day brings something new.
About theRole
- Help library users access information resources technology support and training and maintain a welcoming well-presented environment.
- Assist with library programs outreach activities events and promotion of library services.
- Support collections management manage community spaces and uphold effective information management practices.
*This role is required work across a 7-day roster to support the operational requirements of PAE libraries. It also involves periods of standing and walking along with the physical handling of library items shelving moving tables and chairs and other materials as required for library programs and activities*

This casual pool offers flexible adhoc shifts across our library branches depending on operational needs perfect for those currently studying or seeking flexible work.

This is a Level 2 position which has an hourly rate of $39.10 25% casual loading.
