<職務内容>

• 倉庫作業における自らの担当業務に対し富士工場での職務規則や作業標準を遵守しながら業務を遂行するまた倉庫での業務委託先の管理を行う
  Fully understand his/her own tasks in warehouse operations and execute them complying with Fuji job rules and SOPs/ manage contracter for ware house operation.

• フォークリフト作業倉庫作業に関し安全で確実な作業を実施する
  Secure to conduct forklift and warehouse operatinos in a safe manner

• 各倉庫機器フォークリフト自動倉庫クレーン等の点検を100パーセント実施した上で作業を実施する
  Conduct operations after 100% execution of inspections on each warehouse instrument (forklift auto warehouse crane etc...)

• 倉庫業務における改善提案を挙げ効率的な倉庫業務へつなげる
  Give suggestions toward warehouse improvements to achieve more efficient warehouse operations

• GMP遵守のため期日を厳守したCW教育を実施する
  Complete CW training meeting due dates to comply with GMP requirements

• 作業逸脱品質問題が起こった場合のSVへのタイムリーな報告を実施するまた必要に応じてQIを起票しQIのクローズまで責任を持ちその再発防止に努める
  Report any issue to his/her supervisor in a timely manner in case where any deviation or quality issue occurrs and if neccessary raise a QI and take its responsibility until its closure to prevent recurrence

• 倉庫エリアにおける5Sを実施する
  Take 5S actions in warehouse areas

• サポートGと連携し製造ラインが止まらないように円滑に出庫作業を行う
  Conduct delivery operation smoothly in collaboration with the Support Group so as not to disturb production line operations

• QCより委託されているサンプリング業務に対し倉庫が担当する作業範囲に対し正確に実施する
  Regarding sampling re-assigned by QCG execute it definitely in the scope to be engaged by Warehouse Group

• 倉庫エリアへ入場するドライバーへの作業前安全教育を実施する
  Conduct pre-operation safety training to the drivers who enter warehouse areas

• 麻薬の作業において作業保管帳簿等の管理を規制/手順に基づき実施する

For narcotic products in the warehouse control and manage the handling/storage/records & logbooks complying with the specified procedures/regulations
