The Job:

As a Senior Financial Analyst youll be part of our Finance Team working as a on-site employee. Youll get to:

• Support the Plant Manager & Operations team to drive partnership within business.
• Instrumental in creation of plant financial budget forecasts & reporting plant productivity/ efficiencies.
• Drive plant productivity and provide tracking reporting.
• Assist with capital budgeting forecasting and reporting process.
• Prepare plant overhead cost studies/annual cost roll and ongoing cost analysis for the business and operations.
• Assist in inventory management and cycle counting process including annual physical inventory.
• Participate in month-end close process SOX compliance and internal audit requirements.

• A degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field.
• 3 years manufacturing finance.
• Strong analytic and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Highly proficient in MS Excel a working knowledge of ERP (QAD) financial reporting systems (Hyperion/HFM BA&R a plus).
• Experience with Operations and Supply Chain Management including planning procurement manufacturing and distribution.
