PO Screen dev stack & golden path

General description

The Screen Development Stack squad has as objective to provide a golden path a well-defined opinionated and supported approach for creating the screen interface in business applications mainly based on Angular framework.

The squad provides

• a clear end-to-end step by step way for developers to follow ensuring consistency and standardization in their work when developing in the Screen development stack. This spans across development testing CICD release etc. covering all phases of the software delivery lifecycle.
• For the design and build practitioners (developers architects) the teams creates and owns the Angular framework the best practices coding standards application patterns and governance for Angular applications.

For this squad we look for a product owner multi-disciplinary to

• lead the team of Angular & full stack experts own the assets produced by the team and hands-on contribute to the creation of these assets together with the team
• federate across all IT all technology owners in the testing CICD security domains who are contributing to the Screen development stack.

Role

• Stakeholder Management: Collects and federates opinions of IT stakeholders includes managing expectations of senior leadership.
• Backlog Management: Manages a large and highly complex Product Backlog autonomously dealing with high levels of ambiguity volatility and architectural complexity.
• Feature Refinement: Works the squad to refine features and break them down into Product Backlog Items (stories).
• Prioritization: Prioritizes backlog items to achieve goals and missions.
• Risk Management: Manages risks with a holistic approach.
• Stakeholder Complexity: Manages expectations of a large number of stakeholders including external senior & executive level stakeholders.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensures product meets regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Value Demonstration: Assesses and demonstrates value delivered at the squad level.
• Communication: Aligns with other Product Owners on priorities and issues.
• Adoption: Ensure the product is adopted and adoption success is monitored
• Vision: Actively drives the definition and execution of the vision & roadmap for this this domain
• Budget: Manage operationally the budget with a multi-year view
• People management: you perform all people management activities for the people in your squad

Qualifications:

You have:

• Extensive experience with IT delivery in agile
• Sound knowledge of the Agile Values and Principles. A Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Strong organizational prioritization analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and people management skills. You demonstrate a good drive and the ability to make things happen to challenge and overcome resistance.
• Strong facilitation and problem-solving skills
• Good influencing and communication skills both written and verbal. You are able to communicate with a diversity of stakeholders.
• Strong Interpersonal skills: you easily work with people from different areas (Business IT Finance Legal Risk) and pro-actively engage in collaborating.
• Good command of English both written and oral
• In-depth hands-on expertise on application development in screen technologies like Angular.
