Work Schedule:
This is a full time 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will work at the 5249 E Terrace Dr Clinic in Madison WI.

We are seeking a RN Clinic Manager to:
- Direct and evaluate the departments workforce including staff scheduling and performance.
- Prepare operating budgets including volume projections expenses and revenue estimates.
- Utilize data and metrics to lead the day to day clinical operations and coordination of patient care services in an ambulatory setting.

Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required
- Masters Degree in Nursing (MSN) Healthcare Management Business or related healthcare field Preferred
Work Experience
- 2 years healthcare operations supervisory/management experience or three (3) years of progressive relevant leadership experience Required
- 5 years progressive relevant supervisory/management experience Preferred
- Previous clinic/healthcare management experience Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) where patients are receiving care or may work as eligible per state licensing regulations Required
- Applicable clinical certification Preferred
