Business Analyst
Experience: 7 Years
Location: Trivandrum (Preferred)/ Kochi
NP: Only Immediate joiners

Ability to identify elicit analyze and translate businessneeds into technical requirements
Expertise in analyzing and modelling the businessdomain to create a complete picture of work-flows and technical requirements.
Expertise in defining the businessproblem and primary objectives of new projects identifying and validating the key businessrequirements
Strong requirements management and modelling / prototyping skills including familiarisation with UML 2.0 or BPMN 2.0 notation standards & requirements management tools
Experience writing BRDs user stories user scenarios use cases detailed functional specifications etc.
Experience creating diagrams such as process flows activity diagrams etc.
Other skills
Strong presentation communication and interpersonal skills to effectively perform client stakeholder management leading to productive and sustained relationships with stakeholders
Capable of acting as a catalyst in understanding user requirements and effectively communicating the requirements to the technology team
Excellent attention to detail with an ability to think laterally to solve businessproblems articulate energetic person able to work alone or as part of a team
Is adaptable accountable solution orientated and possesses excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
Knowledge in green energy domain is an advantage
A hands-on can-do approach and the willingness to go above and beyond
Strong documentation skills
Excellent meeting facilitation skills
