Role Overview
We are seeking a Junior Automation Developer to support the development enhancement and maintenance of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. This role is ideal for candidates with foundational UiPath knowledge who are eager to grow their automation skills while working under the guidance of senior developers and technical leads.
Roles & Responsibilities
Support development and maintenance of RPA bots using UiPath
Assist in monitoring bot executions and resolving basic production issues
Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when required
Fix minor bugs and implement small logic updates under supervision
Assist with log analysis using UiPath Orchestrator
Support testing activities in lower environments
Maintain documentation for processes and changes
Collaborate with team members and business users to understand requirements
Key Skills Required
RPA & Technical Skills
Basic to intermediate knowledge of UiPath including:
Studio and Orchestrator
REFramework (basic understanding)
Selectors and Excel Automation
Basic debugging skills using UiPath Studio and logs
Understanding of RPA concepts and automation best practices
Awareness of VM environments SQL databases and API integrations
Exposure to Power Automate Python or REST APIs is a plus
Willingness to learn Agile and DevOps practices
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
Ability to work independently with guidance and meet deadlines
Required Skills:
ncident Management & Troubleshooting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Bug Fixing Minor Enhancements: Implementing small logic updates that dont require a full project lifecycle but improve the bots performance Key Skills Required UiPath Proficiency: Mastery of Selectors Excel Automation UI Explorer and RE Framework. Debugging: Expert-level ability to read Orchestrator logs and use the Studio Debugger. Communication: Explaining technical failures to non-technical stakeholders (the business). Infrastructure Knowledge: Understanding of Virtual Machines (VMs) SQL databases and API connections.

Any Graduate or masters degree
