Job Summary

Our client is looking for experienced Knife Hands with strong boning and knife skills to join their fast-paced factory team in Hornby.

Duties Include:

Efficiently debone trim and portion meat according to specifications
Use knives and other tools safely and effectively
Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations
Work as part of a team to meet production targets
Ensure products are consistent in quality and presentation

To be successful you will have:

Proven experience in butchery meat processing or similar role
Strong knife handling and boning skills
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
