Founding Engineer

Job Description:
As a Founding Engineer you will spearhead the development of an agentic platform disrupting traditional industrial workflows. You will own the entire stack from building sophisticated multi-agent orchestration systems to deploying scalable microservices. This is a high-impact role for a cracked engineer who thrives in ambiguity and ships end-to-end solutions.

What you will do:

Build and optimize agentic tool orchestration and multi-agent systems using Pydantic AI and chain-of-thought reasoning.
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of features from React/ frontends to Postgres and containerized microservices on AWS.
Collaborate directly with customers to iterate on product direction and integrate various APIs via REST OAuth2 and webhooks.

The ideal candidate:

Has a couple of years of experience post-university and a proven track record of shipping end-to-end products.
Deeply understands information retrieval message brokers like Redis/Kafka and security considerations specific to LLM systems.
Highly agentic personality who works on side projects for fun and possesses an obsessive problem-solving mindset.
