Job Summary

Job Description

The position will report directly to the Head of Business Analysis.

Main objectives :

Identify and quantify anomalies that may cause revenue leakage.
Lead the resolution of these anomalies through technical fixes or improved internal processes.
Create reporting and monitoring to track anomalies and their corrections.

Major areas of accountability :

Revenue Monitoring & Analysis

Identify and analyze revenue anomalies across bookings pricing promotions loyalty programs and operational processes.
Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports to quantify anomalies track trends and measure the impact of corrective actions.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and reporting used to monitor revenue performance.

Issue Resolution & Process Support

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve anomalies and implement technical or process improvements.
Coordinate local implementation of fixes with RI champions in each country.
Ensure timely follow-up on technical resolutions including ticketing and timelines.
Implement safeguards on new initiatives or projects to prevent revenue leakage and enforce compliance with pricing booking and loyalty rules.

Knowledge Management & Continuous Improvement

Document lessons learned and create SOPs for recurring anomalies and resolution processes.
Contribute to process improvements and recommendations to enhance operational revenue integrity.
Support budgeting and resource allocation discussions related to revenue integrity initiatives.

Profile required :

Previous experience : Controlling or Pricing or Revenue Management experience would be a plus but not essential

Education level / certificates

Degree or diploma in finance economics business marketing school of engineer
Valuable postgraduate in revenue management financial mathematics

Languages

English (fluent)
French will be a plus

Computer skills and software used

Proficient using work office packages as well as SQL languages
Business Object / Qlik Sense knowledge will be a plus

Analytical mindset with strong numerical skills
Detail-oriented and organized.
Effective communicator and team player.
Comfortable learning new systems and tools.
Ability to support reporting and analysis in a structured way.
