We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our international CNS-focused pharmaceutical partner a dynamic and rapidly growing company. The role is focused on the MS (Multiple Sclerosis) therapeutic area supporting the companys innovative and value-added future candidate will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships driving business growth and strengthening the companys market position within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers and healthcare stakeholders
- Manage and develop strategic key accounts within the MS therapeutic area
- Develop and implement annual and quarterly account plans aligned with company strategy
- Achieve sales and profitability targets within the assigned accounts
- Monitor market trends and competitors
- Collaborate closely with Sales Marketing and Medical teams
- Ensure accurate reporting and effective use of CRM systems
Requirements:
- University degree (Business Life Sciences or Healthcare-related field preferred)
- Minimum 35 years of experience in the CNS sales or key account management
- Strong network within hospital or institutional environment is an advantage
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset and results-driven attitude
- Ability to work independently and proactively
