As an Order Filler you play a key role in making sure our customers get exactly what they needon time and in great shape!

• Pick online orders with speed and accuracy Using a handheld device youll navigate the store to find and collect all the items on a customers grocery list.
• Inspect products for quality Youll make sure everything you pick is fresh clean and meets our standards (because nobody wants squished bread or bruised bananas!).
• Pack and stage orders for pickup or delivery Organize items neatly in bags or totes and place them in the right spot so theyre ready to go out.
• Handle substitutions If something is out of stock youll use our guidelines to choose the next best option and notify the team.
• Move efficiently Stay active and keep up the pace to meet time goals while staying safe.
• Keep your area clean and stocked Wipe down work areas return stray items and help keep the store neat and orderly.
• Work together Team up with other departments and communicate with leads or supervisors when needed.

Physical & Environmental Demands:

• Standing & Walking: Youll be on your feet for most (if not all) of your shift walking across the store stockroom and pickup areasexpect to get your steps in!
• Lifting & Carrying: Regularly lift carry push or pull items up to 40 lbs. Occasionally you may need to lift heavier items (with team help or tools).
• Bending Reaching & Squatting: Youll frequently reach for items on shelves (both high and low) crouch to grab products from bottom shelves and bend or twist to load and unload carts or totes.
• Repetitive Motions: Tasks such as scanning grabbing bagging and organizing involve repetitive hand and arm movements throughout your shift.
