Were looking for a senior UX Designer to become a part of the APEX (AI Process Engineering and eXperience) Team and helpbringuser perspective to the ongoing AI transformation of the company.

Key responsibilities

Plan and execute user research
Design and prototype websites and applications
Collaborate with stakeholders developers product owners business analyst process intelligence specialists and UX researchers
Present your deliverables to key stakeholders and facilitate discussion
Mentor and educate other UX professionals and enthusiasts
Help evolve UX practices into the age of AI

Hard skills

Both qualitative and quantitative user research methods (user interviews usability studies surveys etc.).
Ideation techniques.
Designs of all levels of fidelity (we use Figma).
Rapid prototyping.

Qualifications

Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
Experience with complex projects.
Experience working with Figma.
Experience working with design systems.
Minimum 5 years of experience as UX designer product designer orsimilar.
Bachelors degree in HCI Interaction Design or equivalent experience.
