Our client Findly is looking for Junior Wordpress Developer in Lahore.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Junior WordPress Developer to join our this role you will be responsible for creating and implementing websites using the WordPress platform. Your primary focus will be on developing custom themes and plugins maintaining high performance and availability and managing all technical aspects of the CMS. You will work closely with a team of developers and designers to bring our digital projects to life.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins.
Conduct website performance tests and troubleshooting.
Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and scalable.
Develop and manage website back-end including database and server integration.
Implement website content according to design and functionality specifications.
Collaborate with designers to match visual design intent.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and CMS developments.
Assist clients with content updates and troubleshooting issues.

Requirements:

Proven 1-2 years of experience as a WordPress developer.
Proficient in front-end technologies including HTML CSS JavaScript and jQuery.
Experience with page builders such as Elementor or WPBakery.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Basic understanding of SEO best practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Demonstrated experience with PHP and MySQL.
Knowledge of debugging tools such as Firebug and Chrome Inspector.
Understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Experience:

Experience with e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator).
