Job Summary
Kadiak LLC a Koniag Government Services company is seeking an Application Support/Test Engineer with a Top-Secret Security clearance to support Kadiak and our government customer in Clarksburg WV. Responsibilities include supporting Tier 2 production issues as well as working with team members to support adhoc tasks for the applications. Essential Functions Responsibilities & Duties may include but are not limited to:Serve as subject matter specialist for the Applications Engineering Area. Knowledge includes understanding the front end capabilities as well as learning the backend complex technical issues manage incident responses and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high uptimeAnalyze data integrity perform complex data calls and root cause analysis for production processes SOPs guides as regression testing for new deployments. Write implement and execute test training support for on call engineers including writing training job aids and conducting in projects to evaluate current environment technology and ensure continual innovation and optimization of hardware and software.
