Cost Controller (Brussels)

          Budget Management:

• Prepare monitor and update Business Enablers departments budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure alignment between Business Enablers spending and overall corporate financial objectives.
  
  Cost Analysis & Reporting:
• Track and analyze Business Enablers  expenses
• Initiate  and agree Business Enablers  expenses back charges/invoicing to subsidiaries and projects
• Provide monthly quarterly and annual cost/revenue  reports with variance analysis.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose corrective actions.
  
  Project Cost Control:
• Monitor Business Enablers  project budgets ensuring timely and accurate cost allocation.
• Support Business Enablers Managers with financial insights and cost tracking.
  
  Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with Business Enablers Managers procurement and finance teams to optimize cost structures.
• Communicate financial performance and risks to senior management.

Qualifications :

Education & Experience:

• The following is a MUST: Fluent in Dutch French & English. 
• Masters degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field with minimum 1 year experience in cost control.
• Or Bachelors degree in finance with  minimum 35 years of experience in cost control preferably in Business Enablers technology-driven environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in ERP systems  and advanced Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to cost optimization.
