Budget Management:
- Prepare monitor and update Business Enablers departments budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure alignment between Business Enablers spending and overall corporate financial objectives.
Cost Analysis & Reporting: - Track and analyze Business Enablers expenses
- Initiate and agree Business Enablers expenses back charges/invoicing to subsidiaries and projects
- Provide monthly quarterly and annual cost/revenue reports with variance analysis.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose corrective actions.
Project Cost Control: - Monitor Business Enablers project budgets ensuring timely and accurate cost allocation.
- Support Business Enablers Managers with financial insights and cost tracking.
Stakeholder Collaboration: - Work closely with Business Enablers Managers procurement and finance teams to optimize cost structures.
- Communicate financial performance and risks to senior management.
Qualifications :
Education & Experience:
- The following is a MUST: Fluent in Dutch French & English.
- Masters degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field with minimum 1 year experience in cost control.
- Or Bachelors degree in finance with minimum 35 years of experience in cost control preferably in Business Enablers technology-driven environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to cost optimization.
